I wanted to take a moment and send you a note about Michael in Reservations. He has been working with me for a few days on a location and has gone above and beyond in customer service. I actually chose your services over others I called based on the time Michael spent with me discussing your available properties. He never made me feel rushed or silly about all my questions. He also helped me come to the right decision on which rental property was right for our vacation. You have a GEM on your hands and wanted to take a minute to appreciate him.
