Income up, work down, what a good combination!!!

Just wanted to send you a short note to let you know how happy I am with the service I have been receiving from you pertaining to the vacation rental we own.

Our prior manager was a local person who worked hard to provide us services but I must say that since we came aboard with your service our vacancies have gone way down and the involvement I have had to pay attention too has gone way down too!! Income up, work down, what a good combination!!!

As the manager of a property management company I know how hard it is to deal with rentals and especially short term rentals.
